CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS

All clients are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking any service at By Rose & Co. If for any reason you need to change or cancel an appointment with us, we require a MINIMUM 24 hours notice. If you make any changes to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Cancelling with as much notice as possible is always appreciated as it not only affects our staffing but also the ability of other clients seeking an appointment to get in.

Deposits are paid at the time of making the appointment and are deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Deposits are integral to running our business efficiently and staffing accordingly and as such are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that sometimes running late cannot be avoided. We do appreciate a call if you are running even a couple of minutes late to your appointment time. Unfortunately in most cases, if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled to avoid running into the allotted time of our next appointment. Generally this also means that the deposit will be forfeited to cover the time of our staff.

GIFT VOUCHERS

By Rose & Co. vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. By Rose & Co. is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are not valid with any offer and/or special at By Rose & Co.
